Delivery
There are three shipping options available to you when you place your order. They are 'UK Delivery' by a recognised courier company, 'Local Delivery' fulfilled by myself or 'Pick Up' from either my display area at Wheelbirks or another prearranged place. All three options are explained in more detail below.
UK Delivery
I deliver to all parts of the UK through national carriers and constantly keep this under review to try and offer the most competitively priced, quickest and secure service to my customers. UK deliveries are currently sent by either DPD Local a 1-2 day service, Royal Mail Tracked 48 a within 2 day service or Parcelforce Express 48 a within 2 day service. I may at any time change the carriers if I feel it is necessary to do so. This will be at no extra cost to yourself. Big or bulky orders such as garden seats are just available for local delivery only and not UK wide. These items are clearly marked on their product page. UK delivery on these items may be available from a later date.
Local Delivery
For all deliveries within a 50 mile radius of my display area at Wheelbirks I offer a choice of a local delivery service which I deliver personally. There is no set day of the week for this but once your order is ready for dispatching I will get in touch to inform you when the next local delivery day is. If you can not be in for this delivery please try and arrange a safe delivery point, this will avoid having to wait until the follow week for your delivery. For big and bulky items it might also be required to have two people at the delivery address to help with the delivery.
Pick Up
You have the option to pick up your order if you wish. All pick ups must be arranged in advance. Once your order is ready for collection I'll contact you to arrange a pickup day and time. If you chose to pick up from my display area, to avoid disappointment please do not just turn up as I will more than likely not be there.
